About

Justin is a Partner in our Commercial & Property team, with honed specialisation in multi-million dollar and complex commercial property transactions and leasing matters.

With over ten years of specialised experience, Justin has worked extensively with individuals, private companies, and high-net-worth clients on residential matters and commercial transactions involving real estate and business enterprises.

He currently leads and manages several complex and high-value transactions in the acquisition and disposal of significant real estate holdings, commercial enterprises, residential and project delivery conveyancing, as well as retail and commercial leasing.

Justin is strongly regarded in contract negotiations and compliance advice across real estate and commercial matters whilst employing a pragmatic legal approach and attentiveness to clients.

Justin has acted for various property developers, shopping centres, hospitality (licensed) operators and commercial and retail leasing clients across the Australasia region.

Advised and acted on commercial real estate and hospitality business acquisitions and disposals totalling in excess of AUD$200 million.
Advised on retail and commercial leasing, including shopping centre leasing.
Advised on retail leasing matters for an international hotel.
Advised on liquor licensing compliance and transfers.

Significant Transactions

Advised on the disposal of a significant aggregated rural farmland held by a multinational conglomerate involving 101 lots, 71 titles, seven water licences and livestock.
Acted on a complex divestment of subdivision land in South-West Sydney and Marsden Park.
Advised on the renegotiation of multiple leases for a national franchisee.
