Jonathan is the head of our commercial litigation practice. He specialises in restructuring, corporate and personal insolvency as well as general commercial disputes.

He has extensive expertise in advising and representing liquidators, administrators, receivers and bankruptcy trustees on all facets of their appointments and legal proceedings including matters concerning voidable transactions, breaches of director’s duties, examinations, and challenges to an insolvency practitioner’s appointment and remuneration issues.

He also advises directors and individuals in relation to corporate restructuring and insolvency issues and is able to guide them through difficult financial issues with the aim of achieving the best potential outcome.

Jonathan’s practice extends to a wide range commercial disputes including lease disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, misleading and deceptive conduct claims and has particular expertise in director and shareholder disputes.
