Lydia has over 15 years of experience, specialising in insolvency and restructuring advice, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and employment litigation. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in various types of litigation and has successfully assisted clients with commercial and employment disputes. Lydia's diverse experience and deep knowledge make her a trusted advisor in navigating complex legal challenges.

In insolvency matters, Lydia works closely with insolvency practitioners to advise on issues such as appointments, voidable transactions, PPSR and insolvent trading.

She enjoys applying her experience in civil litigation, leasing, secured recoveries, construction and employment law to provide an extra level of service to insolvency clients. Lydia is adept in conducting legal proceedings from start to finish, and has an excellent track record of obtaining successful court outcomes for her clients.

Regularly appearing in state and federal courts of all levels, Lydia especially enjoys urgent applications and the intricacies of equity and trust law. Outside court, she is devoted to resolving her clients’ legal issues quickly and in the simplest manner.
