Daniella is a Senior Associate in our commercial litigation and insolvency practice. She has completed a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Business (majoring in Finance) at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Daniella specialises in restructuring, corporate and personal insolvency and general commercial disputes and litigation. She has previously appeared in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts.

Daniella has advised and acted for liquidators, administrators, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, company directors, financial institutions and private individuals.

Daniella has extensive experience in a range of matters including winding up proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, public examinations, voidable transaction claims, debt recovery claims, contractual disputes and general commercial disputes.
