Daniel regularly acts for corporate, professional, and individual clients, including insolvency practitioners, in matters involving complex financial disputes, tax issues, and statutory challenges. He has also advised and acted for Australia’s leading banks in recovery and enforcement matters, achieving successful resolutions through both litigation and negotiated settlements.
Prior to joining Amberlake Lawyers, Daniel worked at a national firm where he managed high-value disputes on behalf of institutional clients. His approach is practical, responsive, and focused on delivering clear commercial outcomes.
Beyond the courtroom, Daniel is a disciplined practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys hunting, fishing, and gardening.
