Amberlake Expands Banking and Finance Practice with New Partner CW Yeung
Amberlake is pleased to announce the appointment of Chun Wing Yeung as a Partner heading our Banking and Finance practice, marking a major step in the firm’s strategic expansion into servicing institutional and corporate clients.
With nearly 20 years of experience in banking and finance, Chun Wing advises on complex financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate finance, asset-based lending, property finance, PPSA matters, and bespoke financial restructurings. He has worked with major borrowers and lenders on significant bilateral, syndicated, and cross-border financing arrangements.
Prior to joining Amberlake, Chun Wing was a Partner at a national firm and previously held senior roles at top-tier firms in Australia and the UK.
