Danny Mikati is a former Sergeant of the NSW Police Force, with over 17 years of dedicated service. Since leaving the force, he has held various notable positions, including CEO of Bright Employment, Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Australian International Academy of Education, founding Director of Insight Community Solutions, and Director and Head of Australian Operations at AusRelief.

During his distinguished tenure in the NSW Police Force, Danny worked in diverse fields such as domestic and family violence, youth services, human resource management, counter-terrorism, and child protection.

As a decorated officer, he has received numerous awards, including The Commissioner's Medal of Courage, The Australian Police Medal, and a Commissioner’s citation for his work during the Lindt café siege in Sydney. In 2017, he was honoured with the Community Fellow title from Western Sydney University.

Apart from his law enforcement career, Danny holds a 6th Dan black belt (master) in Taekwondo and has imparted self-defence training to police, military personnel, and advanced students. His strategic and tactical acumen has proven invaluable in the most complex and volatile circumstances, benefiting both law enforcement and the corporate sector.

Building on his extensive law enforcement experience and senior roles in the private sector, Danny co-founded Precision Integrity Services. He upholds the highest standards to ensure that his clients achieve the best possible outcomes.
