Chun Wing is the Head of Banking & Finance at Amberlake. He specialises in acquisition finance, corporate finance, asset-based lending (including leasing arrangements, receivables factoring and inventory finance), property finance, PPSA, ISDA documentation, and financial restructurings. With nearly 20 years of experience, Chun Wing advises both borrowers and lenders on a broad range of financing arrangements, including bilateral and syndicated facilities, secured and unsecured transactions, intercreditor arrangements, and bespoke finance structures. He also has deep expertise in ISDA documentation and risk mitigation strategies involving interest rate and foreign exchange exposures. Prior to joining Amberlake, Chun Wing was a partner at a national law firm and held senior roles at top-tier firms in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
